Council on Women and Girls

In case you missed this yesterday, we wanted to send a quick recap of some activities that took place in honor of International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.   The President, Vice President, First Lady, and other members of the Administration also celebrated the accomplishments of extraordinary women and girls across the globe, while highlighting the importance and urgency of improving their global status.  Last week, the Administration rolled out a historic data report and this week we released a new fact sheet on education and women.
